I was upgraded to a 2 Queen Beds Vineyard View Balcony room at check-in, but I preferred a king bed, so I switched to a Streamside Balcony Deluxe King room. A bottle of welcome wine was provided in the room, and I was also offered wine as a welcome drink at check-in, which set the tone for the Napa Valley experience.
