Breakfast Experience

Complimentary breakfast

Compared to other Hyatt House locations, the breakfast menu was more varied and the ingredients were fresh. In addition to standard hot food, fruit, and bakery items, croissants were available, and I appreciated that grapefruit was included in the fruit selection.

The outdoor pool, hot tub, and 24-hour fitness center were convenient to use during my long-term stay.

As with most Hyatt House locations, the Peloton bikes in the fitness center were not connected and were non-functional.

I checked the Peloton bike in the Hyatt House Dallas/Addison fitness center, but a persistent network connection error prevented me from starting any workout programs.

Before You Book

This is a long-term stay property that prioritizes practicality and space over luxury. While the building shows some age, it is generally well-maintained. Because it is located near the airport, there is intermittent aircraft noise, which may be an issue for light sleepers. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a dense hotel district, so the area remains busy late into the night and the surroundings can feel a bit congested.
